Ingredient wastage

We provided a google form for the customer to make a pre-order. Then, we make the products based on the orders that we received in google form to prevent the ingredients wastage.

Competition 

We offer discounts to attract the customers through the vouchers that we provide such as the “10% gift voucher”. We also make a set for our products such as Ingredients wastage “Jomblo set” which is cheaper than buying the ala carte.

Product storage

We made the products the day before delivery so we only used the ice boxes to keep our products cold (drinks). We also do a physical stall and to make sure all the products we made are sold out.

Suggestion for Improvement

  • A clearer role description for each position should be done
  • Our google form should be done in a more simpler way for user-friendly ordering system

delivery service

  • A weekly schedule should be done for customer to familiarize our delivery system
  • collect all the details of customer for delivery is necessary 

amount of raw material and packaging

  • The ingredients needed for a product should be calculated and measured
  • wastage of raw material and packaging should be prevented
